Lucky Punch Management was founded by Serge Bagdasarov and Alexander Yakymeko.

Serge Bagdasarov – Co‑Founder

Serge Bagdasarov is a Co-Founder of Lucky Punch Management and the co-founder of Orion Sports Club in Kirkland, Washington.

For more than two decades Serge has been involved in developing athletic programs for teenagers, young adults, and adults across several disciplines including boxing, wrestling, soccer, and Russian hand-to-hand combat.

Throughout his career Serge has also been involved in international sports and cultural initiatives and has represented the United States in several international programs and events at the international and United Nations level.

He has also helped organize and support combat sports competitions in the United States, including kickboxing and MMA tournaments, collaborating with many well-known athletes and world champions from different disciplines.

Much of his work has focused on community and nonprofit initiatives. Through Orion Sports Club and its community outreach arm, Orion Sports Community, Serge has helped organize and support free training programs for refugee youth, low-income families, and underserved communities. These initiatives began as small outdoor training sessions in local parks and have since grown into structured programs that provide athletic opportunities for young people who might not otherwise have access to organized sports.

The programs also include specialized training initiatives designed to support teenagers with autism, helping them develop confidence, discipline, and physical coordination through structured physical activity.

Serge also serves as a Founding Advisor and Strategic Partner to the Equal Chance Boxing Foundation, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing boxing programs and mentorship opportunities for underprivileged children and youth.

In addition to his work in sports development, Serge has spent more than two decades working with individuals and entrepreneurs in the financial services industry. Through his companies and advisory work, he has helped thousands of people improve their credit profiles and access financial opportunities. Today he works with professional teams that assist individuals and business owners with insurance services, business funding, and guidance for entrepreneurs looking to buy, sell, or grow their businesses.

Through Lucky Punch Management, Serge focuses on helping fighters build long-term careers by connecting talent with the right training environments, opportunities, and professional networks.

Alexander Yakymeko – Co‑Founder

Alexander Yakymeko is a Co-Founder of Lucky Punch Management and a former member of the Ukrainian Air Force. He is an experienced manufacturer and designer of professional sports equipment used in MMA, boxing, wrestling, and training facilities.

For many years Alexander operated a company that produced high-quality combat sports equipment for gyms and athletic organizations throughout Ukraine. His equipment has been used in numerous training facilities and fight promotions. One of his notable accomplishments includes building a custom MMA cage for a gym visited by Conor McGregor during a visit to Kyiv.

Alexander has also been involved in charitable initiatives and rehabilitation programs, helping coordinate recovery programs for young adults overcoming alcohol addiction. In addition, he has organized sports activities and community events for youth with Down syndrome, refugee children, and families from underserved communities.

Beyond combat sports equipment, Alexander also designs and manufactures custom physical activity equipment and soft play structures for daycare centers, childcare academies, gymnastics facilities, and youth development programs. These installations are designed to encourage movement, physical coordination, and active play in safe and engaging environments for children.

After relocating to the United States several years ago, Alexander built much of the equipment currently used at Orion Sports Club and several other gyms in the Pacific Northwest.

Through Lucky Punch Management, Alexander now focuses on helping fighters develop their careers while also contributing his experience in equipment design, gym development, and combat sports communities.

Alexander Yakymeko brings extensive experience in designing and manufacturing professional combat sports equipment used in gyms and training facilities. For many years he produced MMA cages, boxing rings, and training equipment for athletic organizations and fight promotions.

After relocating to the United States, Alexander continued building equipment and training environments for gyms in the Pacific Northwest. His work supports athletes by creating high-quality training spaces designed for safety, performance, and professional development.
